As a CSHRA member you will:

• Attend informative monthly meetings to keep abreast of current issues and developments in the Human Resource field.
• Enhance your professional growth through participation in seminars and conferences.
• Receive monthly newsletters with relevant information, including a legislative update.
• Develop leadership skills through active involvement in the chapter.
• Utilize those leadership skills to establish and promote high standards of professionalism.
• Become aware of national and regional conferences related to human resources concerns.
• Become exposed to other HR professionals and companies revealing how other organizations handle various Human Resource situations, procedures, policies, etc.
• Have the opportunity to attend extensive networking opportunities with other HR professionals via joint sessions with other local county Chapters
• Be able to post open positions or search current listing through the online CSHRA job posting center 
• Voice your concerns and advocate for Human Resources related issues in Pennsylvania 
• Access online account management, membership renewal, membership directory and daily updates affecting human resource professionals.
• Have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by taking on a volunteer leadership role in the Chapter.
• Be able to develop your reputation and credentials in the HR field through your involvement with the Chapter.
