Welcome to the Cambria-Somerset Human Resource Association, (CSHRA) an affiliate chapter (Chapter #329) of the Society for Human Resource Management.  The CSHRA has won the Superior Merit Award every year since 2006. 

We are the premier professional association for Human Resource professionals in the Cambria and Somerset County area, reaching over 100 members for the past several years. Our membership represents over 50 employers within our community. CSHRA members consist of the full spectrum of the Human Resources profession -- practitioners at all levels in large corporations and small companies, HR consultants, and educators.

We are proud to provide our membership with informative monthly meetings, which allow them to keep abreast of current issues and developments in the Human Resource field; opportunities to enhance professional growth through participation in seminars and conferences; develop leadership skills through active involvement in the chapter; and utilize those leadership skills to establish and promote high standards of professionalism. Additionally, meetings and community events offer the opportunity to network with local HR professionals.
